The lady at reception was rude I don’t want to munition her name but the other stuff was good. The shower was broken.

I loved the suites on the fourth floor! I really liked the staff and how helpful they were. Also found the vibe of this hotel to be unique and homey unlike some of the brand luxury hotels. A very genuine place to stay in downtown Casablanca. Love eating at La Pergola !!!

One of the best experiences i had … 1. the reception staff : Buthina was amazing, helpful, welcoming and smiling all the time . Yasin the butler is helpful. In general all the staff is welcoming 2. the view inside the hotel is magnificent 3. The room size is amazing 4. The location is great Definitely i will choose it for my next visit.

Loved this property. Staff is first rate. Smells really good. The bed was the most comfortable I've slept in. Very good restaurant on site too.
